The High-Velocity Protocol (How it Works)

Step 1: The Blueprint Intake — Upon securing your date, you will complete our proprietary questionnaire mapping your target client psychology, business metrics, and core brand direction.
Step 2: The 14-Day Asset Lock — Exactly 14 days prior to your build, you will submit all raw assets (high-resolution brand photography, brand guides, hex codes, and final website text copy).
Step 3: The Intensive Production — On your scheduled day, the Studio initiates the build. By the time you join the live review call, your layout and architecture are 60% to 70% complete.
Step 4: The Live Call & Launch — We spend 45–60 minutes perfecting the details live on screen. No endless email threads. You see visual results in real-time, access is transferred, and your asset is live.
Explicit Exclusions (Scope Boundaries)
To maintain our unmatched execution speed, this promotional package focuses entirely on front-end template design. The following backend development tasks are completely excluded from the $800 intensive and must be handled by your internal team post-handover:
Custom backend HTML/CSS coding or custom typography script integrations.
Advanced e-commerce logistics (configuring multi-state tax rules, complex inventory tiers, or external shipping ERP plug-ins).
Third-party app installations (loyalty apps, countdown tickers, advanced email marketing integrations).
Raw content generation (copywriting, professional photo editing, graphic asset creation, or logo design).
Terms of Engagement & Refund Policy
Because the Studio allocates locked calendar space, dedicated engineering hours, and proprietary resource libraries immediately upon booking, all purchases are bound by a strict, milestone-based cancellation policy:
21+ Days Out: Full refund or a single complimentary date transfer is permitted if requested in writing at least 21 days prior to your date.
14 to 20 Days Out: Eligible for a 50% partial refund ONLY if the Studio has not yet generated and transmitted your live design development link. The remaining 50% is retained as liquidated damages for spent strategy and administrative setup.
The Design Link Lock: The exact moment your live website design link is sent to you (typically 14 days prior to production), your order becomes 100% non-refundable, regardless of calendar metrics.
13 Days or Less: Orders are completely non-refundable and non-transferable due to locked studio calendar capacity.
